Four conference rooms are available and capacities range from 10 – 40 people.
- Up to 50 people may be seated comfortably inside at a sit-down dinner in multiple rooms.
- Up to 100 people may be served inside at a stand-up reception.
- Up to 100 people may be served using both the house and gardens, seated or standing.*

We book dates on a first-come, first-served basis after receiving a written agreement and deposits for an event.
Yes, catering service is available thorugh Epicure Catering at Sacramento State, the exclusive caterer for the Julia Morgan House.
Alcohol can be provided and must be served by the Epicure Catering staff, which is fully licensed to offer bar services. Last call for alcoholic beverages is a half hour before the scheduled end of the event followed by the last alcoholic beverage service 15 minutes before the scheduled event conclusion.
You are welcome to have amplified music inside the house; however, it is not permitted outside on the patio or gardens. Amplified outdoor presentations require prior approval by the Julia Morgan House team.
A 23-space parking lot behind the Julia Morgan House is available. Valet parking, for an additional charge, is required for an event with more than 25 attendees. Although street parking is permitted after 6:00 p.m., it is discouraged as a courtesy to neighbors.
Pricing is based on room size, services needed, and the time of year. After the Julia Morgan House team receives your Request for Information form, pricing will be confirmed.
