The Julia Morgan House, a historic residential masterpiece, is one of Sacramento’s most architecturally distinguished homes.
The Julia Morgan House is a stately, elegant mansion with facilities for business meetings and conferences. This historic house features four state-of-the-art conference rooms with seating from 10 to 40 people as well as a spacious living area, library, dining room, and gardens with seating for up to 150 people. The dramatic entry, highlighted by a grand staircase with teakwood banister, leads to a magnificent full-story window and window seat at the mid-landing. Trellises of wisteria, flowering shrubs, mature trees, and lush lawns adorn the garden, which focuses on a graceful fountain, providing a beautiful setting for a break from a meeting or a relaxing meal.
The Julia Morgan House is owned and managed by University Enterprises, Inc. (UEI) on behalf of Sacramento State. UEI is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, tax-exempt auxiliary organization of the University.
